Running

Matt and I will be joining some of his family at the end of this year to run a half marathon.  We started training this week for it, and so far we both are feeling really good.  Because we haven't done much of any running before, we are starting with a C25K method.  I really like the pace it is set at.  I don't feel like I'm going to die at the end of our run, but I can feel that it is pushing my body to get stronger.  We run first thing in the morning three days a week.  And I am proud to say that despite the delay this morning, and the rain... we still got out and did our run.  I have always enjoyed working out alongside with Matt.  Sadly we haven't exercised together much since Levi's birth.  So it is nice to be starting something up again.
