Climbing and spinning

As it turns out Levi loves to climb.  He seems to have no fear of falling, which makes me all the more scared for him.  He climbs on the coffee table, the couch, boxes, my night stand, child gates, and is currently working on our kitchen chairs.  I try to teach him not to climb on the furniture as a general rule.  The only thing he is allowed to climb onto is the couch.  This is more than enough for him to get into trouble with.

While he can get back down off the couch just fine all on his own, the problem is that he is to rambunctious while on the couch.  You would think that after falling off so many times he would start to be more careful.  But sadly this is not so.  Yesterday he bit a hole in his tongue fairly deep.  There was a lot of blood and crying, but he is doing just fine.  So fine in fact that he is right back up on the couch again today doing the same things that caused him to fall yesterday.  I can already see years of stitches and broken bones for this little one.  We know that it is only a matter of time before he tries to climb out his crib.  As soon as we get him moved into his own room we will be looking for a toddler bed.

Another fun thing Levi has discovered is spinning around in circles to get dizzy.
